i will go lar no matter wat... now is just how i'm gonna tell my manager. i could tell them i gonna leave anyway and pls be flexible, i'll still work as per normal, just lemme take leave or no pay leave or watever.. or i could just kheng an urgent leave excuse due to family problem in australia.

But since u didn't go for the full training, u shouldn't be liable for that right? Of course, I think thereotically is like that lar. So in conclusion, they might just fire you if u want to insist on your leave. I guess it really depends on how's your relationship with them lor. For me I could tell the truth coz I know them well enough. And if there is a need for me to kheng then I will know what they would ask and what they would not.
