just took a look at nikon's range of lens.
only 1 word to say, MONEY
thinking of giving up this hobby for good.
already barely affording my current cam whose cost is peanuts compared to DSLRs. even a entry-level DSLR is already costing at least few thousands. i mean this is putting me in a strain, especially when my parents aren't millionaires nor my godpa is bill gates(or the other way round). a simple god-damn lens costs the same as my present cam when i bought it. then a big zoom lens is more than my net worth.
show me the money!!!! -

but of course nobody's comparing.. ur time will come.
try to relac on the equipment. just one word of advice from (my limited) experience:
if u don't like the photos u take with ur cam now, u won't like the photos u take with ur new cam, no matter how much it'll cost.
u do know i've just gotten my new cam. i'd have u believe that the shots i've taken with it can't even SMELL the quality of shots i've taken with my old cam. i'm not talking about optical quality either.... -

even macro shots..either loads of digital noise there is just something lacking.
then i prefer to keep photoshop to the minimal or better still, not use at all
