  8 day cycle rotations...
  
  2 afternoon shifts, a day off, 2 morning shifts, 2 night shifts and then a day off...

  considering, i work a lot less than office hour fellas and i get about $500 a month more, and my total lack of life now, not too bad, i'm thinking
  
  oh, those fellas who are still doing office hours ENVY me
