turn them to black and white and make it look like grain.

anyway wat iso are u using? 200 should be the MOST u'd wanna go to for normal shooting. if u really need to shoot in poor conditions, push it up, get the noise, but better than getting blur shake due to a slow shutter. noise can be removed by software, and some of them are really pretty damn good.
OR
get a d100 or 10D and shoot at iso800 with NO PROBLEMS.
