hi M, trying to talk STHU out of the Atkins Diet... it's dangerous... it mimics the symptoms of diabetes or something like that and causes the body to lose weight... stressing the hell out of the kidneys or liver...

oh, doesn't sound good indeed.. regular exercise helps for me, and of course i gotta credit the late nights, insomnia, stressful life for a cheap slimming alternative.
