  lucky.. i came to work and felt sick from the dull ache in my back.. went to see a sinseh and the ache is gone... but some muscles he rubbed hurt like hell... still, back is not as tight...

  Yesterday I watched Fear Factor and the contestants were bobbing for rings in a trough of cow's blood.
  
  Last night I dreamt I was showering off blood from body. But the dream was vague, so it wasn't very gruesome.
