no.. i'm not the buffet type person
but do tell
maybe go load up on sushi
yesterday's was pretty cool.. all about sushi.. there was this segment on black sushi rice.. made me feel a little bit strange... they used squid ink to colour and flavour the rice.. the one i love dearly and passionately, used to tell me that eating anything with squid ink will make me turn blue

as for the topic, it was gluttony..
ate one of those giant packs of sushi (10 pieces + 6 cucumber rolls + 2 tuna rolls) + 1 bratwurst + 1 bacon-wrapped sausage
feeling sick... choco had fishball noodles (should have stuck with that)
then there was Japan Hour yesterday where they used squid ink to flavour the sushi rice.. reminded me of a running gag where the one i love dearly and passionately used to tell me that eating squid ink stuff will make me turn blue..
which led to thoughts of being blue and how bad depression can be... -

As for Japan Hour, it's my fav show too. I like the stuffed squid tat they feature last nite. Wish i can sink my teeth in that.. -
