  if it's just about the kidney, left side, it's because of the PC... left or right handed also get there.. from using the PC rat...
  
  the chinese sinseh says that... suggested i move my right arm like i would use a rat, and sure enough, it was... could be RSI

  yap, i think u got the right place...even without workout, i still feel some strain in it.....so me been rather careful not to strain tat too much during gym session..

  now i got more arm power, hence when i do chin up or other motion, i dun use my back power liao..so quite good..but i wanna go massage one fine day....
  
  n talk about shoulder, i kinda dislocated my left shoulder b4, but i pushed it back (after tat nearly black out for me, cos too painful)....

  had initially planned to have the drinking session on that day. But then, i think it might coincide wif my shifting-into-new-home day. Dunno if it's still on..

  my mom go there to do her hair also, so she asks me to go try lor...anyway, she charges me 8 bucks for hair cut only wat...same as anywhere i go lor...moreover, she's quite good...
