let me try to describe..
beer, is a bubly liquid much like soda.. depending on the brew.. has a bitter aftertaste.. but very cooling feeling...
liquors on the other hand, warms up your throat, goes right to your nose... like breathing fire..
for most of the time, ppl like acohols becos it makes them light headed.. gives u a good night sleep too.. drinking too much gives u a headache.. hehe

What does beer taste like? Is it bitter like wat my friends say? What about wine and XO etc... i seen in the tv and it seems like it has a sharp kinda taste

tastes of different types of booze is different for almost all kinds...
say, the american sour-mash whisky... has a sour smell, complex taste... for 1st timers, it burns.. but as you have it more, you kinda learn to enjoy it and your throat learns how to drink the stuff and it'll not burn...
then there are the really tasteless ones like russian vodka...
beer is refreshing.. i really don't know how to describe the taste as it's as diverse as the number of brands there are... and even the stuff from the can or bottle will taste different if pulled from tap... a good example is Guinness... it's disgusting from the bottle but beautiful on tap.... Guinness is bitter-sweet with a faint liquorice taste

I intend to take them, with or without a partner! Sooner the better too, because it's downhill from now on where looks are concerned. Gotta source for a photographer though. i've always told my single gf that it's better to wait and not yield to social pressure than to marry the wrong man. I've seen his work. But not sure how well he does portraits. Although would much prefer working anonymously with a photographer.
