i love the outdoors.. used to climg hills and mountains in malaysia with pleasure.. now with work and all that.. no time!.. canoed around singapore once.. hehe.. memorable one.. but didn't canoe for dunno how many years until this year.. no choice now, cos have to train the Boys in the upcoming adventure race..
anyway, it's great to be able to appreciate God's creation in it's natural beauty.. hoping to take up scuba soon.. then go see the beautiful underwater world..Originally posted by skinnybeanie:u are very active eh?

u r active like my hubby. He's got diving license but not me. Have wanted to take it after i learn how to thread water. But a fren's recent fatal accident gave me the phobia. Poor girl, she actually had a premonition tat something's bad gona happen. The day b4 her trip she has confided in another fren of mine that she doesnt feels good abt the trip. The fren told her to cancel it then but she went ahead. It was her 1st diving trip, and unfortunately, her last.. -

so sad.. it's the unprofessional ones that spoil the name of the activity..
i'm thinking of taking up scuba by this year.. my friend recommended this dive shop he's been diving with.. during SARS period.. they had a promo for $280 only to tioman.. too bad i wasn't free to go.. perhaps u'll have to wait till you get over your friend's accident to really want to try it..

are you good at rollerblading? i had a pair, wanted to learn, but b4 i can learn the proper ways, i fell and injured my tail bone. Shall go for the lesson when i've settled my house.
Actually i've got lots of stuff tat i wanna learn - driving, manicure and also thai language. Am not much of a sports enthusiast, more enthusiastic abt vanity stuff
