20 deg is actually pretty warm if you lived there for some time
after about a week there, i was walking around in shorts and tee when it was around 12 deg...

anyway i'm indoors.. 8 deg was when i landed in t-shirt and jeans! had to stand at the airport waiting for my bro to pick me up, but it wasn't too bad. waited for about 15mins still haven't freeze eheh.. but when he came i prompted put on the jacket that i asked him to bring for me.

Agreed about the wind thingy. Was at St. Kilda's beach one evening on my last trip at Melbourne....it was relatively cool that day until I came upon the beach. Wah, I can swear the wind is killer man... I felt real naked when the wind hits at you though I was wearing 2 layers of clothing.
