  they used to be pretty good but nowadays the crusts are terrible.

  i had even more MSG in my system today..
  
  nuts. morning eat the porridge immediately very thirsty.. lunchtime the shui jiao noodles.. i think lots of MSG in the soup also head hurts throat dry...
