Leaving or returning home?

I've always had a problem defining home. What is a home? Where your family lives? Where your friends are? Where your spouse is? Where your dreams are?
For many of you, you call Singapore home. And a great place to call home too! (admit it, Singapore is better then many many other countries).
However, I do not have such a "luxury". For a while now, I have had problems defining where my physical home is. I've rooted myself in Singapore for the last 18 months and have grown quite fond of the place, however, much of my "wonder years" (12 of them, to be exact) were spent on Australian soil. This is the place I shall be returning to for a month, in a few hours.
How about my emotional/intellectual home? Where is the place that I have learnt so much about life, about people, about love? That I have to say, would be Australia, without a doubt.
You really can't get me to decide which place is better for me. Anyway, the choice, at present, is Singapore. So let's just hope my trip to Australia this time isn't gonna invoke too many nostalgic feelings such that I'll just give it all up in Singapore and move back. It doesn't help that my life in Singapore is very unsatisfactory. It also doesn't help that I had experienced utmost happiness while I was in Australia. It is also, of course, the land where I have been shattered into many pieces.
So what's the deal? Nothing really, I'm just thinking out loud.
You know where my home is? No where, for now. My home would be the place my wife and I decide together to live. Let's hope I find her soon, for the sense of "homelessness" does bring a sense of fear and uncertainty to the best of us.
I shall miss many people while I'm abroad. These people, of course, know who they are, because they'd be missing me too.
