drop in for a bit.. see xzz with the runs.. poor thing.. don't take panadol.. it only causes your stomach to digest other things which are unnecessary... take Charcoal pills... the activated charcoal will absorb all the yukky things in your stomach... if you cannot stand it, as it usually disintergrates before you swallow, try the brand Norit, which makes the stuff in capsule form...
other things you can take are Lomotil... but if you take too much, can cause constipation
if stomach very painful, the doc will prescribe Buscopan.. good stuff, does not affect stomach and is a good abdominal painkiller..
if stomach is not good, sensitive, can take this powered stuff lactoel.. which has the "good germs" found in the foul-tasting Vital-Germs (or vitagen)...
most of all, drink lots of water or isotonics like 100-plus, stay away from fruit juices as most are acidic and may make your stomach worse...
take care yah? and best thing to do is sleep
