different levels of lactose.. some ice-cream makers will use fresh milk (really freshly made stuff) while some use the homogenised milk (usually)...
the fresh milk types don't last as long but is yummier
that type will affect my stomach...

i believe waffles need (really, NEED) lots of butter, lots of maple syrup, lots of honey, more butter, and a huge pile of ice-cream...
