civet cats (yah, those of the SARS origin ones) eat the ripe coffee berries, and after their digestive juices do a number on the coffee beans, the beans are collected and processed.. supposedly best and most expensive coffee in the world
and it's collected from civet cat crap if you're wondering

viet coffee is usually very strong coffee with lots of condensed milk
