Hwah... tt's really high tech now. But Nikon is worth the dough...excellent value for money actually. nikon is great, but i'm thinking of switching over (or back) to canon when i get a dSLR... cos my bro uses a canon slr and i can use his lenses and accessories as well.
i almost got the G3 instead of the 5700 (for the same reasons above) but since i can only use his flash, and not lenses (since both G3 and 5700 aren't slr - cannot change lens anyway) i couldn't get past the nikon's 8x ozoom. -

jOhO, U worked mainly in Photography ah? Took a peep at ur website...The Fullerton Hotel shot is very nice(Where the heck did u took that?). The smoking mood shot oso looked great. -

ok back to topic, i'm a graphic designer, so yaeh sometimes in my work i have to take pics, but actually i HATE taking pics for work (u know like product shots, location shots etc etc), would rather have to only take pics for leisure/hobby. i guess if i take nice pics and can sell them as stock photos then that's different. haven't reach that stage yet lar.. need my dSLR for that!! eheh -

Sama sama here. Graphic Designer here too. Gd thing U have your own photography or have to outsource for a photographer. Darn... I know how sheetty it is for location shoot. The weather have no mercy! hahaha

but hor i quite sux at designing. doesn't help that my academic training was ANYTHING but design (i was an accounting major!).
thanx for ur continued support! as long as got pple see and give comment (good or bad doesn't matter) i will keep posting.
of course i only post those i think is good. let me see i've taken up to 4000 pics with my cam since march.. and i've posted about 20? so my hit rate is about 1 in 200 pics are "displayable"?
thank GOD for digital... if film i think i can file for bankrupcy liow. -

hahaha...U have a very valid point there... Gd thing abt Digital Photography is it's flexibility. Can practice till perfecting a shot w/o burning a hole in ya pocket.
