digital camera... provide suggestions

  Hi pple,
  
  I am thinking of buying a new digital camera... have these 2 in my mind:
  
  1) Sony DSC-W80
  2) Canon Digital Ixus 70
  
  Anyone using these 2 models? any comments?
  
  Or if u all have other brands/models also can recommend.
  
  My budget is ard $400.

  Ixus 70 is v good.I have it.But it sux for night photography

  either canon ixus 860IS or the SX100IS.
