Digicam for noob(me)

  Pros got advice for buying a good digicam for noobs that don't do manual focusing, change lens or other werid stuff? basically basic cmera with godo resolution, zoom, pixel size... for a budget of about 300 bucks.

  don't worry, for 300 bucks you cannot get a good one with shutter/ aperture priority, not to mention manual settings or any lenese to change. But you should try cams with such settings and an SLR with options to change lenses, its easy and even noobs can do it

  Not really true. SOme prosumer graded cams are more expensive than entry level DSLRs.
