back from physiotherapy.. got zapped with ultrasound today...
don't think i'll be able to get a pic of me on the torture rack since there's no need for traction anymore

traction on the "torture rack" is where they stretch the spine... they tie the upper half of me (the torso) and then the lower part of me (the hips and legs) and then the machine goes different ways, stretching me.. or my back
