Chinatown, Singapore. Poor and homeless people are an uncommon sight in the streets of Singapore, but at Chinatown, there are many people who have no place to live and sleep. This picture shows one of them near Chinatown Complex in Chinatown. Taken with a Sony F717.
Taken in the Suzhou Industrial Park Area, China. This picture shows a peculiar scene of a man sleeping on a bench with in a weird posture while an old lady (and grandson/daughter) stares. Black and white for effect, taken with a Nikon D100.
Benjamin Sheares Bridge, Singapore. With the many pictures of the Singapore cityline available, I decided to do something different with the composition and effect. The light was fortunately where it should be, and the colours from that bridge were simply stunning given the clean and unpolluted air of Singapore. Taken with a Sony F717.
Another scene which I had to avoid cliche shots of, the Pearl of the Orient is the most noticable tower in the Shanghainese cityline. Most have seen it from postcards and tourism advertisements, but this one was intentionally made abstract. The orange gradient was caused by positioning the Sun behind the tower. Taken with a Nikon D100.
I have more photos that have been put up on exhibition (16 in total), but here are just some of it. Hopefully you'll enjoy them.
