  Thinking of getting the S2IS at the upcoming IT show..
  
  any users of this camera to comment on this?
  
  was also doing some research.. and found out that its successor the S3IS has just been launched recently.. a slight improvement.. but not sure how much more exp. for a new camera, would it be possible that it will be priced cheaper that it predecessor? or will the price of the s2 drop?

  nope its the canon one.

  normally the older model's price will drop. but since its so recent, the newer model might be more expensive while the old one maintains its price.
  
  anyway, just monitor the price lor.
