  Err...all of us including you can do that.
  He didn't 'use' perspective. He merely took the picture with more intensed perspective.
  
  Landscape shots itself already have perspective, it's all up to the photographer to take advantage of the angle.

  wow, this is really well taken. If im not wrong, HDR technology is also available in computer games
