  Idea. You know how to make small frames? Like the white rectangle. So when I click something, only the frame will refresh what I want, not the navgation bar and the black background.

  this is for splitting the page into an upper half and a bottom half. you can replace the * with either % (20%,80% etc) or you put put in pixels. you only have to fill in one. * basically means anyhting, so like (20%, *) =(20%, 80%)
  
  if you want the page to split left and right, replace rows with cols (columns)
