this is a pure crop from original, no resize, no desaturation, no nothing.
can u see how the hair is almost like i used a hard brush and "brushed" it away? the cam sometimes doesn't record this harsh contrast very well. to me it doesn't look like strands of hair, more like an edited image. out of focus somemore~~! anyway the focus is on the specks (supposed to be the eyes but oh well).. so the hair may not be in focus.. *shrug* -

for those of you who are wondering, only colour has been taken out in photoshop. no unsharp mask or anything.
this is one of the cons of the 5700, the area of the hair is very "jagged" becos the camera tends to wat they call "clip highlights". it's where sometimes the area between an over-exposed part and the rest of the pic results in a jagged edge.

this was pure luck.. managed to capture the girl in the background. can't really tell her facial features, but i guess the focus is not on her.
for those wondering, she's quite pretty. i also dunno who she is.. a fren's fren's fren's fren's gf... something like that.. ehhehe
