  i think is the outer glow.
  
  white font feels more suitable leh, coz of the black background.
  use something very straight, very stiff.. like tahoma or impact... put in 1 line at the bottom. then apply abit gaussion blur to make it not so stiff.

  er... i mean in 1 sentence lah, dun break it up into 3 seperate lines. or maybe not at the bottom, maybe at the top better, let it like just touch the smoke like that

  ar ok yeah i tried that.. as on one line at the bottom..
  
  the white is too stark leh, i dun really want the message to stand out that much ahah anyway it was added in for fun kinda thing.. main part is meant to be on the photography hehe~!
