The impressive scale of this three-storey, 165-seat amphitheatre-style restaurant is set off by simple and bold design elements that complement rather than overwhelm the setting. The architectural style and exotic essence of Asia is reflected through four three-storey teak and rice paper lanterns, suspended Ming inspired wooden trellises and a luminous floor to ceiling wall of mother of pearl.
Equinox, the restaurant features a unique food concept, offering guests a choice of pure Western or pure Asian cuisine from two supporting kitchens.
