A REFRESHED thread THANKS to those who had previously contributed in this thread. http://www.sgforums.com/forums/12/topics/238593
Pls feel free to contribute on what's not listed here but what you think might be helpful.
Sorry moderators. The reason why this thread is reposted is because there's update which I think is pretty useful. The previous thread (see link above) has expired and can't be changed.
Pls help me unsticky the previous thread in the link above and sticky this one instead? Thanks!
BEFORE you decide to only ACCESS these helplines, try to keep a few TRUSTWORTHY FRIENDS' / RELATIVES' in hand too. CALL THOSE people. CRY if you have to. Let them know that you're TERRIBLY in NEED of HELP.
Try to be in a PUBLIC PLACE but place yourself somewhere SAFE i.e. Away from roads / tracks or nowhere on top of any bridge or building.
If you feel UTTERLY CONFUSED, just sit down / lie down and rest or take a nap from the above mentioned position. Do NOT hurry yourself to THINK TOO QUICKLY! You should be given ALL THE TIME you need to slowly SOBERS UP and RECOVER!!
