  What special recipe or voodoo magic u have to reduce the cramps and pains during Period?

  A person can only take that many panadols till they overdose. Panadol doesn't always work for everyone.

  for me....im not a person who likes to take medicine...so nv try taking any panadol when it hurts...juz let it b lor...anyway after sometimes the pains will juz go off....

  like choco say can have overdose then dun work anymore... me like dat lor... have to take very strong painkiller... so i lun lah... anw pain until roll on bed tat time also can't go and see doc wat....
