  How often u change it?

  for hygiene purpose....lecturer got teach us tt muz change every 4 hrs...(i think)

  hmmm for ur ans ... must depends loh cos sometimes heavy sometimes light ..... i mean da flow so if full liao then change loh ...

  It's a little similar just like baby wearing diaper, they will feel uncomfortable..
  
  usually best to do is change every abt 2-3 hrs, for hygiene purpose and not to cause skin irritations. That's for my case.
  
  but for those who's using tampons, it might be a diff case

  I only had twice. 1 in pri 4, 1 in sec 2
  
  and during pri sch, the guys still tot we had goodies when the nurses gave us samples of kotex, and complained to teacher that they dun have

  hahaha...ya totally agree with tt....our sch guys oso complains ttthey didnt ve any goodies...but later when they found out....there's loud laughter behind.....

  Also have to depend the type of tampon u using.
  
  whether it's regular, heavy flow, or what...
