  strange that union leaders are part of the management...
  
  or that management represents the workers...
  
  personally, i think the "minister without portfolio" is just pork barrelling..
  
  does anyone see a total and utter conflict of interest here?

  Only Spore has a minister who doubles up as Union chief...no other place in the world has this arrangement
