  The numbers of L2s for S'pore range from 96 to 102 to 110 to 154 & even up to 182 depending on the source ( including 10 Buffels ARVs reported in at least one source ). Reported modifications for L2 SGs Evolution version include :- 1. IBD's latest nanotech based add on passive armor 2. BMS 3. Aircon 4. APU 5. Electric turret traverse ( replacing existing hydraulic system) - not confirmed Also planned are AEVs, ARVs and AVLBs some of which have already been displayed in public. What will be interesting to know is exact types of APFSDS and HEAT & other special rounds are in the L2SG inventory. Also, there is no info as to whether the fire control system has been upgraded. Also, whether if a late model “Hunter-Killer� system has been adopted. Indonesia just received 63 plus L2 Revolution with what looks like Rheinmetal Rosy countermeasures system & perhaps a new “Hunter-Killer� system & fire control system. Regionally countries such as Indonesia, Thailand and Malaysia are all upgrading & modernizing their armor fleets. Maybe time for a MBT shoot out competition similar to ASEAN armies small arms meet. Maybe extend invitation to Australia, India, Thailand . Will be an interesting event.

  The SAF got AH-64D LONGBOW APACHE, anyway indonesia aint interested in us... they got more then enough islands on their hand they could not even name them all.
