  hi everyone, just a quick question.

  if a servicement is charged for awol and sentence to db for 4days.

  ord date+ 4days 

  or

  ord date + 4days(db) +number of days awol

  The latter i.e. ord + db + awol.

  (a) the db days are excluded under sec 27(2)(c) of the Enlistment act.

  (b) the awol days are excluded under sec 27(2)(b) of the above act.

  The act can be viewed in agc.gov.sg under statutes online.

  Don't think about it.... not worth it.

  You no need to count formula...doesn't work that way. The sentencing officer has some freedom to decide, based on circumstances.

  No matter what, every single AWOL day must still be served. Plus the sentence. This is not the way to keng.
