Will you fight for Singapore if she goes to war

  I used to think it's courageous and good to stay and defend Singapore if she goes to war.

   

  Not anymore.

   

  Because while we fight for "Singapore", those rich govt officials would probably be out of the country with their families. 

   

  What is a country? Why do we defend it? And when we defend our country, are we actually defending the govt's assets?

  I don't recall us having a choice, unless you want to be taxed for being Chinese, made to change your family name to things like Wangsa and forced to learn Malay in school instead of Chinese. And I'm starting to get really tired of backstabbing gossipmongering "Government XYZs will run to Pluto to colonise outer space if Singapore gets attacked etc etc crap" You got ESP to see what hasn't happened yet is it? Or are you assuming they're like you? This crap is just cheap office politics brought into real politics. I don't mind a bit of boss bitching, but damn it child, you need to know the difference between bitching and slander. That is why I have not voted opposition yet. As I said once before, "I don't vote you because you're good, I vote you because your opponent is worse." I need to see that the opposition is morally superior, by AVOIDING certain tactics, not just saying what people like to hear. If that's the case, even I can get elected, No NS, no tax, execute all foreigners etc. I've yet to see that the opposition is morally superior to the PAP, not just because they promise us things we want. Verbal bribery?

  I will kill every PAP link person and who ever dare to escape I try shooting down every plane that fly out of singapore. Also take over control of telecom and mediacops.  

  why singapore should go to war in the first place? unless the government want to wape out the singapore.
