Does Singapore ever thought of hiring Mercenaries to defend

I was told in your days, it was the coporals who tekan the trainees, when operational, they stand together, officers are usually nowhere to be seen.

Last time Corporals were instructors & section leaders, both regular and NSF, whether on course or in unit. Then they decided to mark the more educated enlistees with the rank.

Our Military is well structured and organized training for our soldiers....so I dun think it'll be needed to seek outside help to defend SG....

On top of that, SG is pretty self-reliant on defence issues....we have the police force, Army, Airforce, Navy and also Civil Defence...

We have well trained Commandos/Rangers/Guards/Special Ops....no need outside help at all....

There are still the occasional CPL instructors and they tend to be well-regarded for their experience as regulars. -

We have Hitman, but he is based in Oz, because he feared passing his IPPT (or tried).

Singapore is weak. Just cut of water, oil and food supply. We auto surrender. Got gukha, Mecenary, Ang Mo, Orn Per, Huai Kia, Teng Lang, Ki Lin Kia also no use. The more people we have, the faster we surrender. wahahaha.
Normally, a country occupy another country cos of their resources.We have no natural resouces. Only Human somemore not enluff to support ownself. Likely we attack people not people attack us. The Invader come to our country for what. Take MRT or SBS bus.OR come here and feed us or die together with us. Not enluff land also. If flood, automatic wide off half of the population.
Now worst still, Singapore suffer ageing popuplation. You expect 60+ uncle to chiong sua for you. Enemy see only think wah elderly home is it.

I believe they are just attached...and supposedly under the 3SG commanders....but by virtue of their experience (both coporals attached to my BMT company served in Aceh etc before), they of course lead the training.Heard the SAF was trying to get them to further their studies before promoting them after SISPEC.
