I've recently moved to Singapore for work and looking for a group of fit individuals to train with. My routine consists of running distances 5-10km and body weight exercises i.e. chinups, pushups, dips etc.
Bit of background: I served in an elite commando unit for as number of years and hold a Guinness World Record for a calisthenic exercise. Lived in the US, Australia and Middle East and always managed to find a group of serious individuals.

Most of us do 2000-3000 words on forums in a day, followed by an average of 6-7 laps to the bathroom, and more than 10-reps of reaching exercises when our coffee mugs are placed too far away from the computer.
