Our LST don't need to refuel one. We already using matter-anti-matter reactors.
They don't even have humans on board. All systems run by A.I. So don't even need to eat. When under attack, can transform into Gundam.

The Formidable-class frigates each have a Stargate in them allowing for instantaneous interplanetary travel.
Why do you think the teams in Stargate are known as 'SG' teams? SG-1, SG-2, SG-3.... 'SG' means more than just 'Stargate'.... it also stands for 'Singapore'!
Anyway, the interplanetary exploration has also allowed for alien technologies to be installed on the frigates, including energy shields and plasma beam weapons.

Okay, you never heard this from me, but the world-class boffins at SingTech have made anti-matter redundant. Details are still sketchy, but it involves a rubber band, a paper clip and a 1980's-era SBS bus ticket.

Typically a ship's fuel will last much shorter compared to 'food'.... the maximum range from the specs is 4,800 nm. Cruising speed of 18 knots... that will be about 11 days of endurance as a very rough gauge....
Another factor is that typically while on operational tempo, a warship might not sail at her most economical speed. Also a commander will never let her ship's fuel supply to drop so low... so in real life her range is probably most shorter than 11 days...

open sources - 50days, 9000nm range at economical speed of 12kt
But for operations usually max is 20+ days.

2. Are there 4 sets of engine or one set?
I calculate if one set, then fuel consumption is about 2 m3 per hour,
( 1900 liter a hour)
assume 10 days cruise
so 2 x 24 x 10=480 m3. assume the fuel tank is 2.5 m ht, like a HDB flat,
therfore, space of fuel tank is 480 /2.5=192 m2, or two units
of 4 rooms flat= 100 x 2= 200 m2.

There are 2 engines, one for cruising, the other for lightspeed. Contrary to popular belief, such engines don't run on diesel.
