Can men convert to specs or officer in the SAF

  hi  people

   

  i had  just graduated  from the 03/10 intake of bmtc intake enchanced leadership batch got posted to a unit,

   i am not very please with it ,cause not selected for any command school, anyone know ? did anyone convert from a MEN to SPECS or even OFFICER

  have any one of you guys out there and have a friend that can do a conversion  course from  private  to  sergeant course, is there any way that can be done other than sign on??if there is any nsf or regular can answer to my question..

  Nope, there isn't a way.

  Once, you're posted to your vocation, you'll remain with it.

  DId you say No to command schoold during the EI survey? If you did, too bad for you. If you didnt, you must had really lousy scores for your Peer Appraisal or SITTEST.

  Last time when NS was 2 and the half years, all men dreaded being promoted to specs and above, because it meant serving another half a year more. Now, everyone serves 2 years regardless, irony right?
