  VIETNAMESE ARE VERY POOR PEOPLE....due to their strange inherent inabilty to learn and focus on technology unlike their other asian brothers they tend to recycle stuff low tech way and do basic farming .they are aslo not good in balancing their accounts and data has shown they spent most of the money they earned.
