  more on unmanned underwater vessels--UUV

  have MINDEF approved all these publications of paper abt SG defense capacity?

  I think some info are very sensitive. Individual info is not sensitive.

  But the process, methods, skills to intergrate all these together to form a

  useful and powerful platform are very sensitive.

  This is cut the learning time and resources of our friends and

  potential foes. (now SG dunt has any foe. )
