supposing they arent allowed to use NUKES. its MAD you know if they all used nukes lol. if they go to battle in conventional warfare without nukes, will the US all win them with their aircraft carrier, drones, fighter jets etc?

Haha to put it bluntly, yes. The US Navy can reach them, but none of them have the power projection capability to reach the USA. Period.

Um, just looking at numbers, the USAF/USMC/USN does have slightly higher number of fighter a/c of all 4 combined (not counting reserves which probably double the number and counting FGA for the rest but not for USAF which includes the A-10 etc). Roughly...
France ~300 fighters (200 m-2000 with only 50+ rafales).
UK ~220 fighters (100 tornados, 60 harriers, 60 typhoons)
Germany ~280 fighters (200 tornados, 30+ typhoons)
China ~2,000 fighters (300 suks, 200 J-10s, 300 J-8s, 400 J-7s, 300 JH-7s, 500 Q-5s)
US 600 F-15s, 100+ F22s (stealth), 1,200 F-16s, 900 F-18s, 150 AV-8s.
Not counting integration issues, pilot training levels, stealth, munitions, EA, AEW, etc. Probably have to add Russia to the combined 4 to make it a fairer fight esp if the 2,443 F-35s are going to be added.

What does it mean by to win? control of strategic points or total annihilation? I like those games where no nuke allowed, and no heros with super power.
can the F-15, F16 strike China, France, UK, and Germany from US?
you start a game and then realize you don't have aircraft carrier while your opponent has 12, you dead already.
you probably have to use your submarines to sink the aircraft carriers before launching radius, or strike Japan where the US aircraft carriers are stationed.
are terrorists allowed? the thousands of PRC chinese in america can attack the cause havoc in america, terrorizing the pilots, the government,....who win?
any time limit for the game? if not, France, UK and Germany would just control the north sea, the middle east, just a matter of time the US will have use the oil cleaned up the oil spilled at the mexican gulf, and UK will probably be kind enough to just let oil continue to spill, who win?

and don't forget the USA got HAARP - they can let their enemies kana mega-earthquakes and tsunamis !!!

if any country were to one to one with war with USA, then its no fight I suppose, given the budget US spent on its defence every year, about 700 billion USD mind you. thats the defence budget for the whole world combined.

US maybe got best fighter but can it outfight 20 cheapo Chinese fighters that's over 50% as good ?
US carrier can be destroyed by 50 fast attack sampans each launching 2 anti-ship missiles mah !
that's how the Russians beat Germany in WW2 even though the Germans had much better weapons !
so China must mass produce pirated copies of Russian weapons !!!

Yeah man! I completed Fallout 3 like twice. A friend of mine did Fallout 2 six times. NUTS!
In any case, I can almost guarantee nuclear war if the "rest of the world" decides to gang up on the US like that.

i read a very detailed article by a retired US military guy and according to him, US will struggle to even handle North Korea unless they use nuclear weapons.

North Korea military technology is antiquated, just like the Iraqis. their tanks are going to be obliterated by drones, figher jets and apache.
