Operation = Down PES?

  Hi

   

  Is it true that after any operation. It will be a down PES?

   

  I have been on for bilateral inferior turbinectomy surgery for deviated nasal septum and allergic rhinitis/chronic sinusitis.

   

  Currently a tankie driver.

   

  Would this operation be viable for a down PES?
