after earthquake?

i have not read the report....but just speculate that i think this report is probably cater for audience with a regional investment stabilities in mind rather than military or SAF.....

i remember that article vaguely. got parts of malays in the saf and the scholar system i think. nice read from what i remembered. up there with huxley's book. -
