  ''Nikolay Timofeev is set to thrill the crowds as he brings his single-seat Sukhoi SU 26 to Australia for the first time.

  The triple world unlimited aerobatic champion's maiden appearance at Avalon is part of a packed line-up that will include the usual dazzling displays by warplanes and appearances by Australia's newest airliners, Qantas's Airbus A380 and V-Australia's Boeing 777-300ER.
  
  Timofeev worked on the development of the much-admired single-seat Sukhoi 26 and is still a test pilots at the factory.
  
  Now based in the US, Timofeev is one of the world's top aerobatic aces and will perform his spectacular "Overture for Airplane and Orchestra". ''
