[This is the basic text of Sun Tzu on the Art of War. It was extracted from Mr. Giles' complete work as titled above. The commentary itself, which, of course includes this work embedded within it, has been released as suntzu10.txt (or suntzu10.zip). This is being released only as an adjunct to that work, which contains a wealth of commentary upon this text.]

Sadly, eagle, if Sun Tzu had died after 1939, we might still have a challenge. It would not take as much as a smacked-out quarter-competent lawyer with Frontal Lobe Syndrome to convince the court that lionnoisy is a babbling, drooling inbred moron who spends his life with one hand on the keyboard and the other on his genitals, the contents of whose head should be used for CERN experiments and the rest of whose composition needs to be labelled "BIOHAZARD" in 2400-point bright-red flashing font and incinerated at more than the earliest convenience in the service of public safety and good taste.
As such, while it may easily be demonstrated that Noisy Pussy did in fact reproduce the material without permission, the damage is limited by the prima facie probability that anybody who would take his posts seriously enough to read more than the title would probably not have counted as being sentient enough to have appreciated the import of Sun Tzu's message, much less buy the book, watch the movie or get the T-shirt.
