That now includes a army market canvas backpack that has recently got infused with the essence of coffee liquer.
Can I put them thru a dryer?
If it were me, I wouldn't risk it. The heat in the dryer might shrink the material, and all that tossing about might damage the seams of the holster.
i found my USP! yaayyyyy

No picture, no talk!
DUN DUN DUNNNNNNN!!!
ok ok, i wont throw them into the dryer then.
I just put them holster, still on the belts, throw into a canvas bag and throw into the washer liao.
Now sorting thru my mountain of clothing and repacking for my trip back home to sg.
But... but... it's not a 1911!
Not trying to be crass, maybe should start a thread on guns we have, out of Singapore!
So we wont be that ironic?

its better. its german and fires the same rounds as the 1911 but holds almost twice as many in the mag and feels awesome to hold and shoot and the ergonomics are fantastic.

MISS Heckler perhaps. Miss Koch sounds like a german porn star
Darn Angelina Jolie for taking the Mrs Smith........
I go by Madam.
And I do love how Sousuke Sagara took on the moniker "Garbage Guy" for his role as the in charge of garbarge during a school trip in "Full Metal Panic!"

Yup, those cartridges were handloaded with Speer 185 gr. jacketed hollowpoint projectiles.
I took advantage of the good winter lighting conditions today and snapped a few more images of my SA 1911 against what I hope is a slightly less bland background:
USP and all the pastic guns are great don;t get me wrong ! I own a few of them like the USP Tactical, Smith and wesson M&P, GLocks and SPringfield XD! But somthing about the 1911.... when it is tune! it just handles, shoots much better .
USP for once have that chunky feel of the pistol! very fat and blocky! trigger is not even close to the smoothness of the 1911 ! I am talking the Mark 23 and USP Tactical which suppose to have better triggers!
Its not how many rounds you can carry but what fits your hand ..

USP isnt a plastic gun, only the lower frame is polymer.
Fat and blocky is good. It sits in my hand nicely. Maybe you have hands which are "lady-er" than us ladies

"Plastic guns" is merely a colloquial reference to firearms that have major components made out of composite materials; the USP would fit that definition since its frame, as you've noted, is polymer.
Out of the dozen-or-so polymer-framed pistols in my collection, the only one I would consider somewhat uncomfortable to hold is my Glock 34. It is a very accurate gun, but the blocky grip with its excessively raked angle requires me to adopt a different and somewhat unnatural hold when I shoot it.
The most comfortable and natural-pointing plastic gun in my collection is also the one I carry: the CZ 100.
OMG.. im so jealous..
I agree with Meia on the GLock 34! Mine is accurate but becasue of the agressive grip angle of the GLock! I have to change my way of holding the gun to shoot it well. MIne is accurate as hell though once you get use to the angle. I have a GLock 35 that I convert it to 9mm and it shot very well! sorry for the horrible pic I took a while back! got me the lonewolf 9mm conversion barrel, change out the 9mm extractor and use 9mm mags! works like a champ !
But of all the plastic gun! I like the Smith and Wesson M&P the best! it has thechangable grips that make somehwhat of a custom fit for my "lady-er" hands. I have also tried the HK P30 and the Springfield XD which is very impressive .
CZ are nice pistol Meia! just stock version has that horrible trigger just like my M&P! after got it tune! it became one of my favourite!
HEh Meia ! I like the way U took your pic of your guns ! how about share some expertise on taking those pics! very good balance soft light and how do you control the depth of field ?? I am using Canon 40D DSLR and having problems with getting the right lighting and (reflections) and the right focus!

Dave,
You'll be shocked at how simple of a set-up I have to take those pictures. I'll snap an image of the set-up during the next photo shoot (which will likely be this weekend), but it basically comprises a tripod and couple of tinfoil-lined transparent DVD cases to bounce the lighting. The proper depth of field is obtained by using the smallest f-stop and long exposures--sometimes up to a half a second (hence the tripod).
I found the pic of me shooting, with my shoulders hunched back!
