Guys I'm curious. Do RSAF pilots use any brevity codes when firing missles/bombs? Like the ones NATO pilots use.. (Fox Two/Three etc etc.) Thanks!
dunno. but seems to be a day for the air force today.. least for tengah.... f-16s and f-5s roaring around... including at least one heavy one with wing tanks and all...

The first rule of the RSAF is you do not talk about the RSAF.

if they feel like kamikaze, white tiger will be nice.
seriously ah?
eh pentax, why u ask all these sensitive info questions one ah ?
first about the f5s, now about RSAF brevity codesigns.
very suspicious. what exactly you want to know and why ?
cb 3.....
tarian dengan langkah longlai dan rancak (foxtrot)
tiga (3), dua (2), satu (1)
memulakan!!!
ooops!!!
target out of range!!!
I honestly do not know the answer... but in radio/audio communications, it is better to say "Fox-2" then "Fired a Sidewinder at the enemy"..... so I am not surprised that the pilots and controllers routinely used certain codes for certain task...
hell, I won't be surprised if there is a "NATO" code which we follow to ensure cross operativity (spelling?)....
Last I recall, RSAF uses NATO brevity codes. We do have a lot of exercise and training arrangements in the US. No sense stressing your pilots to remember 2 sets of brevity codes huh?
Interoperability is the order of the day.

Take care of your eyesight if you wanna be a pilot.
Best job "on" earth.
