i thnk singapore enlisted has too many ranks.
if you look at other countries, like britain, the enlisted rank so few.
singapore got pte/pfc/lcp/cpl/ cfc/ 3sg/2sg/1sg /ssg/msg
britain got pte/lcp/cpl/sgt/colour sgt/
