  Hi all,

  I am currently doing a project on china military in school and i would like some help. Hope can able to provide me some links where i can read up. Basically i am more interested on the communication technology of PLA.

  Well yeah... but it has access to JSTOR, which is like a treasure trove of information for most of the coursework i do.
