A picture of a Taliban fighter in the uniform of a dead French soldier drew anger in France Wednesday as the army came under new fire over its conduct in an ambush that killed 10 paratroopers in Afghanistan last month.
Paris Match magazine was condemned by politicians, the military and soldiers' families for publishing a spread of Taliban posing with their French trophies from the battle, east of Kabul, on August 18. These included Famas assault rifles, helmets, body armor, walkie-talkies and a wristwatch that the Taliban asked the magazine to return to the family of the soldier who had owned it.

idwar seems to think that the only sign of "winning" is if you kill thousands of the enemy without losing a SINGLE of your own.
Hence in his world it does not matter how many victories you achieve or what you acomplish, as long as a single of your soldiers are captured, injured or killed and the media manages to report on it then it means you are losing.
Which is frankly, not only unreasonable, it speaks volumes about his mental age, as well as his ability to use even common sense.
Since he likes sensational media pictures so much, then what do these pictures of captured insurgents below speak to him?

The actual issue raised in this thread seems to be "is idwar losing his ability to make rational posts?"
From what we hear in the news we understand your country is undergoing some turbulent times right now, I understand your fustration and feelings of inadequacy at becoming the regional laughing stock for the blunders of your leaders, but frankly I don't think losing your rationality and adding to the madness by needing to go out on some crazy mission to prove that the rest of the world also messes up and that your nation "boleh" is really helping things at all...
...if anything it reeks of one word, and that is INSECURITY.
